6.1. Packages are sent by Germaine Collard to the address provided by the customer.

6.2. Shipping and returns are free for Belgium from 30 euros purchase. Only returns during sales periods or for items purchased at reduced prices are subject to a charge. These are charged to the customer and may vary according to the geographical situation.

6.3. The delivery times indicated in our offers are purely indicative. Non-compliance with them shall under no circumstances justify a claim for damages on the part of the customer or a cancellation of the order.
