You have the right to return your order without giving any reason within a deadline;of 14 days from the receipt of the product.

Abeyondà the 14 days, we no longer accept returns. Following our refusal, you have 14 days (maximum) in which to inform us of how you wish to return your order. There are several ways to do this:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the present contract by means of a declaration of ambiguity (e.g. letter sent by post or electronic mail). You can use the request form template, but it is not mandatory.
 

Effects of rétractation

You must return or return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, not later than 14 days after receiving your order using the returns label provided. This period is respected if you return the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

Within the limit of one return per order, returns are free for Belgium and Franceà with the exception of sale items as well as items listed in our "last chances" section, which are à returned at the buyer's expense. In the case of the return of a sale item, you can choose to obtain a pre-paid return label, which will be deducted from the refund (4 euros for Belgium and 6 euros for France).

The customer will be able to make only one online return or exchange request per order on the site www.germainecollard.com. 
If the customer's order includes more than one item and they wish to return more than one item, they must select all the items they wish to change or be reimbursed for when requesting a return.

The customer must select a post office or bpost relay to return the parcel free of charge à with the exception of sale items and items listed in our last chances section, which are returned at the buyer's expense. In the case of a sale item, you can choose to obtain a pre-paid return label, which will be deducted from the refund (4 euros for Belgium and 6 euros for France).

If the customer were to send items by a means of transport not validated by www.germainecollard.com and therefore incurred return shipping costs, he would not be entitled to any refund from www.germainecollard.com. 

If the customer wishes to return items from different orders, he/she must separate the items in different packages when returning them. Any return of items from different orders that do not comply with this condition will not be processed in accordance with the conditions set out in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Status of items

All returned items (shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions...) must be perfectly intact.

Upon receipt of the package, Germaine Collard will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise.

In the case of an exchange, if the items returned have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders them unsuitable for sale, Germaine Collard may take any corresponding recovery action against the customer.

Refund

In the event of your withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all online payments made by you (with the exception of any additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a different delivery method);We will inform you of any additional costs incurred as a result of your choice of a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We may defer repayment until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of dispatch of the goods, whichever occurs first.

No cash refund will be made by www.germainecollard.com in the event of the return of one or more items paid for by card gift. The corresponding card will be automatically credited with the corresponding amount by the partner concerned.

In the event of receipt of a return package whose contents do not comply with the return request or whose items do not comply with the above-mentioned return conditions, www.germainecollard.com reserves the right to take any corresponding collection action against the customer.
 

Exception

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the customer cannot exercise his right of withdrawal for the following items:
-        Socks, tights, foot protectors
-         socks, tights, foot protectors -         Produits d’entretien : aérosols…
